Competitive Compensation & Career Support
AMFTs: $30 - $50 per Clinical session (varies with training and experience)
Paid Supervision & Non-Clinical Hours
Step-by-step guidance toward licensure
Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy (telehealth & in-person)
Work with complex cases, including trauma, systemic challenges, and cultural dynamics
Develop & implement treatment plans independently based on clients' needs
Utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness and self-compassion)
Mentorship & Training Responsibilities:
Receive weekly supervision individual & group
Engage in clinical training in culturally responsive & holistic approaches
Participate in case consultations & professional development meetings
Ideal Candidates
We are seeking compassionate, growth-oriented clinicians who:
